Thanks you for your interest and coming to my page.  In the past I have bounced around from different diets for over 25 years and then I started the keto diet because of my son’s interest in losing weight and getting into shape.  At first I hated the diet and then I fell in love with it when I began to notice the changes to my body and mind.  Loving it began with me waking up earlier, feeling fully rested, being happier, and having energy along with motivation to power my way through the day.  The Keto Diet gave me a new perspective, along with a healthier life,  and help me to have clarity of mind and purpose each day.  Keto is more than a diet to me …… it’s a new way of life!
